Monday Munchies: Burrito Casserole

The recipe I have today is a family favorite that is easy to make, and not very expensive, either. This recipe originally said to bake in the oven, but we have found that microwaving this dish does just as good a job. Here is the ingredients list: 1 pound ground beef 15 ounces refried beans 3/4 cup water 1 package flour tortillas (we made ours) 1.25 ounce package taco seasoning mix 16 ounces sour cream 8 ounces cheddar cheese 1 large tomato If you want extra toppings for your burrito, you could also add: lettuce, onion, or salsa. Now, here is how to make this recipe: Now the casserole is ready to cook! Place it in the microwave and cook it for 2 minutes. Repeat until the cheese is melted. A Day In the Life of Me: 10 Years from Now

I have another literary piece from school today, but this time it is a paper that I had to write for English class. My teacher gave the assignment to write a short composition, one paragraph, on what I think my life will be like in the future. I was to write it from a specific point of view, but not state outright what I was trying to imply. Thus, I would need to write hints at what job I have, but not state "I am a..."  Because I am thinking of studying to be a graphic designer, I was to think about what life as a graphic designer might entail for me.
