Saturday Savory: Crock Pot Cheesy Stuffing Chicken

Another new recipe, but this time savory! Also, this is a very simple recipe as it mainly consists of putting everything in a crock pot and letting it cook for most of the day. Click to enlarge. So, to start off this recipe, you will need to gather the following ingredients: 1 medium onion, chopped 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 teaspoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt black pepper (to taste) 2 cups shredded cheese* 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 box stuffing mix (dry) 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup 1 cup chicken broth For the cheese in this recipe, you can actually use 10 slices of swiss cheese in place of the shredded cheese if you want, but we used shredded cheese.
