Saturday Savory: Savory Corn Spoon Bread

Today I have a simple but delicious recipe that can be found on the back of some stuffing boxes.

We tried this recipe recently, and it was delicious despite its simple ingredients. So, with
 the ingredient amounts listed above, take a look at this easy recipe.
Measure the milk and butter. Click to Enlarge.
Make sure the milk is hot before you put the butter and milk together.

Gather all the ingredients you will need. Click to Enlarge.
Now mix everything together and put it in a 8x8 pan. Click to Enlarge.
Make sure your fuzzy brown helper is nearby to mop up the floor.

When the spoon bread is done cooking, it's ready to serve!

I have a class for school called Speech. This is supposed to help me learn how to stand properly while speaking, pronounce words properly, and so on. The most recent section is on how to give meaning and feeling to a  poem when reading one out loud. My teacher, Mrs. Autrey, has been reciting poems to us as examples, and she uses a variety such as happy poems, sad poems, thoughtful and so on. CBP Prohibited and Restricted Items

Recently we went to a Back to School festival near to us. At the event, they had a car show, snacks, booths for school children to get supplies , and also booths from the local police and border protection agencies. One of the booths, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, had a variety of unique items on display, including gem-covered beetles, vials of weevils in food products, leather from a sea turtle and elephant, and a bird claw. Well, we learned from one of the officers at the booth that these were all illegal items to try to bring over the border. Lets start with the gem-covered beetle.
